Coming from the Hyblaean mountains of Sicily, Pantanello Extra Virgin Organic olive oil is vibrantly green with a balanced and fresh taste. We use it as much for dipping with bread and eating as an aperitivo as we enjoy it with salads, soups, pasta, raw fish and meat and for all cooking. 

Many of our trees are secolari, meaning they are over 1000 years old. They have never been treated with pesticides and fertilizers and have seen and withstood many tests of time. Out of respect we care for them the best way possible, harvesting, pruning, cleaning and caring for them for by hand.
